Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

You will get an automatic email saying that your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying that your order has been dispatched and we will give you the tracking link to follow your shipment.

Q: I HAVE JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?

We prepare you order for shipment very shortly, after your order is placed. This quick turn around time does not allow for any changes to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship worldwide! International shipping takes between 7-10 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for the for any delays of fees due to customs. Please contact your local post service for more information.

Q: HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?

Once you are at checkout, you will have ETA for the products you are ordering.

Q: I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

In the rare event that the item you received is not in good condition we are sorry! Please contact our team with a photo of the damage before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner.

Q: WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?

We take pride of our items. So, anything returned should be new, unused, and with all our security garments tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All returns must be returned within 14 days of being received.

Please note that all clearance items, accessories, swimwear and intimates are final sale.If you are returning something soiled, faulty or damaged please contact returns@thesassyissue.com prior to sending any return.

Please note that all Outlet, Accessories, Swimwear, and Intimates are a Final Sale. If such items are returned a $25.00 fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you.  

Q: WHY IS MY COUPON CODE NOT WORKING?
