RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

All items bought on The Sassy Issue will be gladly accepted for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

We take pride of our items. So, anything returned should be new, unused, and with all our security garments tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Please note that all clearance items, accessories, swimwear, and intimates are final sale.

If you are returning something soiled, faulty or damaged please contact returns@thesassyissue.com prior to sending any return.

Is my item refundable: Yes, we will issue a refund provided the returned item meets our return policy. Returned items must be brand new, unused and with our security tags attached to them. We will gladly accept the returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Do I have to pay for return postage: Unfortunately, we do not offer any prepaid return labels currently. You are free to use a carrier of your choice to return the shipment back to us. Please note that we will not be held liable for shipments that are lost while en route back to us.

When will I see the refund in my bank account: Your refund will be processed with 5-7 business days of receiving the shipment., depending on your bank institution. The refund will go back in the original method of payment.
